Leadership Cushing Task Force

GOAL

To build an adult resource of community leadership on a continuing basis.

OBJECTIVES

To identify potential leaders and prepare them for positions of community involvement and civic leadership through an intensive 9-week program.
To expand leadership potential of participants by increasing their knowledge of the community, focusing on critical issues that face the community, and by introducing participants to community leaders.
To improve communication between present and future leaders.
To provide a channel for those not presently in leadership roles to gain access to positions or community leadership in an informed and responsible manner.
